2026 PADDLE EUROPE SLALOM CHAMPIONSHIPS 24.9.2026
The 2026 Paddle Europe Slalom Championships will take place in Ivrea, bringing together Europe’s top canoe slalom and kayak cross athletes for one of the most important events of the international season.
Held at the iconic Ivrea Canoe Stadium, located in the heart of the city, the championships will be contested on one of the most technical and demanding whitewater courses in the world. Athletes will compete at the highest level across slalom and kayak cross disciplines, showcasing precision, speed, and tactical excellence developed through months of preparation.
Building on Ivrea’s strong canoeing heritage and recent experience hosting major international events, the championships aim to deliver a competition of outstanding quality, combining elite sport with a unique atmosphere. Beyond performance, the event promotes the core values of canoeing — fair play, respect, and cooperation — while creating a memorable experience for athletes, teams, and spectators alike
